Requirements
- 6-18 Hours ECE (Early Childhood Education)
- 2 Years College
Mandatory Skills
- Love being with children
- Work easily and communicate well with children, parents, and peers
- Plan age-appropriate projects and keep classroom safe and tidy
- Be dependable, flexible and have a positive attitude
- Look and act in a professional manner
- Be kind and considerate
Optional Skills
- Willing to continue education to become Director qualified
